Mortgage Consultant
If you have 2 or more years of experience in finance or related sales or the equivalent college degree, and a strong drive to succeed; this position is for you. Loan Processor
This position supports the Mortgage Consultant staff by making sure all documents are ordered, underwriting stipulations are satisfied, and that the customer's loan makes it to the closing table problem free. This position reviews all loan documents and is responsible for the expedition of the loan process. A qualified applicant must have two or more years of experience as a mortgage loan processor, extensive computer application knowledge, and a great work ethic. This is a full time position and offers medical benefits as well as a 401K.
Assistant Loan Processor
The duties of this position are to assist the Loan Processor and Mortgage Consultants in order to complete the customer's loan. This position orders the documents neccessary to expedite the loan process. Anyone wishing to apply must have knowledge of Windows applications, the ability to learn quickly, and a strong work ethic. This position is very deadline oriented. Salary is commensurate of experience and abilities. This is a full time position and offers medical benefits as well as a 401K.
Receptionist
This position is responsible for directing the incoming phone calls to their respective individuals, monitoring calls that are put on hold, and greeting customers. This is one of the most important positions at AMS because it is in some cases the first contact the customer has with our company. The receptionist must be friendly, and able to make customers feel welcomed and appreciated. This is a full time position and offers medical benefits as well as a 401K.
Telemarketer
This is a part-time position. The ideal telemarketer is a friendly individual who has no problem expressing his/her enthusiam while offering potential customers the opportunity to work with AMS. You will be helping customers to buy the home of their dreams or to save hundreds of dollars a month on their current mortgage. This individual must possess strong drive and determination.
