How It Works

Just fill out the form on our "Pre-Qualify Page" to apply for a mortgage, and when you speak with one of our Mortgage Consultants let them know you want to join our Refer a Friend Program! For each name of a potential customer you provide, we'll give you $25 off of your closing costs, up to $100! AND when the people you refer close their loan we'll send you a $25 gift certificate to Rich and Charlie's Italian Restaurant!

Rules, Regulations, and Restrictions

• When you come in to sign your preliminary loan documents you will be provided a form to fill out the names of your referrals.
• AMS will give you $25 off of your closing costs for each name you provide on the form the day you fill out your preliminary loan documents; up to $100 off of your closing costs.
• The $25 per name provided, or up to $100 off of your closing costs will appear as a broker credit on your final HUD at the time of your loan closing.
• When a potential customer you refer closes a loan we will send you a $25 gift certificate to Rich and Charlie's Italian Restaurant.
• The gift certificate will arrive 2-10 weeks after the referred person's loan closes.
• Any time you refer a customer to AMS and they close a loan you are eligible to receive the $25 gift certificate to Rich and Charlie's Italian Restaurant.
