* Certain credit restrictions apply to the "Lifetime of FREE Refinances" program. You must have at least a 680 credit score in order to qualify for the "Lifetime of FREE Refinances" program. At the time of the refinance your credit must be the same or better than your first qualifying loan with AMS in order take advantage of the "Lifetime of FREE Refinances" program. Your income status must be the same or better than your first qualifying loan as well, and it must be verifiable income.
*The Lifetime of FREE Refinances" program was designed to lower your interest rate through a rate term refinance. The optimum advantage of the program will be noticed only if you are staying on the same terms. (Refinancing from a 30-year fixed to another 30-year fixed, etc.) If we switch your term (the length of time your loan is amortized), allow you to take advantage of your equity (take cash out of your home), raise your loan to value, or switch you from an adjustable or balloon to a fixed interest rate (or vice versa), you may not be eligible for the program do to lender and governmental restrictions. You will need to consult your AMS Mortgage Consultant when you feel you are ready to refinance if you plan to do anything other than a rate term refinance to see if you qualify at that time in that market.
